As a #salesperson, it's natural to feel competitive and strive to win #business. However, it's important to remember that success in sales is not solely determined by the number of deals you close.

This is how I focus on my own goals and not be bothered by others winning business:

  1. Set clear, measurable #goals for yourself: Focus on what you want to achieve, rather than comparing yourself to others. This will give you a clear roadmap to follow and help you stay motivated.
  2. Celebrate your wins: #Acknowledge your successes and celebrate them, no matter how small they may seem. This will help boost your confidence and keep you motivated.
  3. Learn from your losses: Every lost #opportunity is an opportunity to learn and improve. Take the time to reflect on what went wrong and what you could have done differently.
  4. Focus on your strengths: Identify what you do well and double down on those strengths. This will help you stand out and give you a competitive edge.
  5. Build a supportive #network: Surround yourself with people who will encourage and support you. This will help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.
  6. Stay #positive: Maintaining a positive attitude and outlook will help you stay motivated and focused, even in the face of challenges.

Remember, sales is a journey, not a destination. Focus on your own progress and success, and you'll be able to achieve your goals.
