??I would like to start by giving you?the?background to why I am motivated to share this episode with you.??
One of the major turning points in my life was in 2020 during the lockdown. The lockdown?enabled me to spend more time with?myself and get acquainted with my strengths, fears and insecurities.
And guess what? most people had similar experience during that period. ?
However, I decided to find a?solution to overcome my negative emotions?and stay positive amid so much negative news and challenges. That was when my journey of self-discovery and self-mastery by leveraging the Power of Small Improvements through continuous personal development started.?
??I have read many books, listened to thousands of hours of motivational messages and attended several seminars. And as I applied the principles, I learned I began to notice the gradual improvements in my circumstances and self-image.
And this incremental change was the result of becoming self-aware of my limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging decisions and actions.
??Moreover, the progress?inspired me to focus on becoming the Best Version of myself, by leveraging the Power of Small Improvements and the Habit?of Continous Personal Development or Kaizen (in the Japanese language).
?? During that same period, I also discovered my passion to share?and inspire others using the transformational principles that changed my life. This motivated?me to start the Masterpiece Inspirations Podcast, and Newsletter and became the author of?a book that has transformed the lives of many people around the world. ?

?? This brings me to my main point, ‘’Do you know that how you see yourself (with respect to your Self-image and?Self-identity) is more important than other people’s opinions of you?’’?
When you see yourself as a Winner, very soon others will see you likewise, because you will always attract into your life the energy that is in alignment with your most dominant thoughts. ?
?? In terms of how others see you, sometimes you cannot control the narrative, but it is your responsibility to choose not to be controlled by their negative opinions.?
For instance, in some societies, people will define you through the lens of stereotypes, cultural bias, social class, and religious or political affiliations.?
However, in the words of Jim Carrey, ‘’You stop explaining yourself when you realise people only understand from their level of Perception and Perspective.’’?
??This brings me to my next?point; the Power of Small Improvements through incremental changes to your Self-identity empowers you to overcome self-doubts and self-limiting beliefs, such as the following:

I am not good enough. Nobody loves me. I am a failure. I cannot succeed. And similar self-sabotaging and negative self-talk.?
However, your feelings,?emotions and mistakes are not the true reflection of your identity, because they are temporary and subject to change. To change these limiting beliefs, you must first see yourself as the Best Version of what you want to become.?
??This is because your self-image and belief system compound to shape your Self-Identity and control your decisions and actions. This is the Power of Small Improvements because you cannot achieve any positive and lasting change to your life without first changing the way you think and see yourself.

??Hence, it is your responsibility to apply the Power of Small Improvements to make continuous incremental positive changes to your life.
