The picture above is of me on 2nd June 2016, very young energetic but a Visionary. A few months after campus
I was still Children????
Through this time, I was figuring out myself, I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur and immediately my journey started in this small office at the Nyanyo National Stadium.
We used to pay like 5k or 7k per month if I’m not wrong.
I’ve been associated with like minded people and also people who just wanted to waste and use me for their own benefits.
I have been disappointed, taken for granted, messed up and made decisions that have caused me during this journey.
But I trusted the process and knew all of this was part of learning. I couldn’t be where I’m today if I didn’t go through this process.
The entrepreneurial journey is a wild ride, and as a CEO, you're the captain of the ship.
There are times you have have to do almost everything, Graphics, videography, marketing, negotiation with clients and customers etc. The list is endless.
All in all you have to learn the craft and and do your best professionally to stand out as a brand/business.
I now know the rule of the game, the do’s and don’t. I have learned the art of slowly but steady growth.
Here's a breakdown of some do's and don'ts that helped me navigate through this journey:
Do's
Have a clear, compelling vision for your brand. What problem are you solving? What impact do you want to have? This will guide your decisions and inspire your team.
Surround yourself with talented people who are smarter than you in different areas. Delegate, trust, and empower them.
Always put the customer first. What are their needs? How can you exceed their expectations? Customer satisfaction is key to long-term success.
The business world is constantly changing. Be open to new ideas, feedback, and challenges. Be willing to pivot if necessary.
Keep your team informed, transparent, and motivated. Be a good listener and communicator.

There will be setbacks, challenges, and even failures. Don't give up! Learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward.
Being a CEO can be demanding. Make sure you're taking care of your physical and mental health. Get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise.
Don'ts
Trust your team to do their jobs. Give them the autonomy to make decisions and solve problems.
You can't do everything yourself. Don't be afraid to seek advice from mentors, advisors, or other entrepreneurs.
Don't compromise your ethics or principles in pursuit of success.
Failure is a part of the learning process. Embrace it, learn from it, and move on.
There's a lot of noise in the startup world. Stay focused on your vision and your core values.
Make time for your loved ones and for your own hobbies and interests.
Take time to appreciate your achievements, no matter how big or small.
Every entrepreneurial journey is unique. There are no one-size-fits-all answers. The best advice is to learn from others, stay flexible, and trust your instincts.
I hope this gives you stamina as you continue to build your brand?and?business
