On this Memorial Day, to all of our military personnel and families, THANK YOU! Your demonstration of service is beyond compare!
Most folks that know me, know how strongly I believe in being of service- whether it's with non-profit organizations, mentorship, or faith-based, there is an emotional, physical and spiritual reward from serving others! Being of service changes lives (your own as well as those you're serving), communities, industries, our country and the world as a whole! Just 2 hours of service each week will change the heart of all those involved.
I'm proud to be part of Copeland Insurance Group - An Integrity Marketing Company which also adopts this same service-oriented mindset. I have found my successful Medicare agents use their "why" and bring their authentic self to each encounter daily- whether that's Medicare beneficiaries, PCPs, Medical Groups, Social Workers, Senior Community Centers, Vendors, etc. It becomes relational vs. transactional and it's in that relationship one can be of maximum service.
Being involved in an industry that changes daily is challenging- you bet! Consistently looking for the opportunities to be of maximum service is what I strive for each day!
