The Power of Self-Trust in Life and Business

If I were to ask you if you trusted yourself, what would you tell me??

Would you stammer and try to convince me that you did or would you be honest with me and tell me the truth?

Wherever you are at on how much or little you trust yourself, the very foundation of trusting yourself begins with safety of self.

When you are safe within yourself, no matter what storms or waves come crashing down around you, your inner peace, that safety, is immovable and unshakeable.?

When I was younger, the only conversations I saw around money were tense, hard, and unpleasant. My parents argued about money all the time and I equated money to fighting.

When I first got married, I was so afraid to even talk about money that I wouldn't bring it up for fear it would start a fight.

That’s when I discovered Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping and I decided to use it to help me process my stored emotions that I learned from my parents to have safe and effective conversations about money.

The root key mantra in EFT Tapping is “I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”?

That mantra right there helps you build trust within yourself; it allows your nervous system to know that it is safe, and when your body knows it's safe, you can build the trust muscle you always wanted.

The mantra that I used to help me bring safety into my conversations with money to my husband was, “I am safe. This is a safe relationship. My relationship with my husband is safe.” As I say these words, I tap different points on my body, whether it’s on my forehead, under my eyes, or above my lip.

Trust comes from within. If you want to trust how you manage money, then building trust within you comes from you being willing to shift old beliefs out from the body so that your body can have peace again.

When you have peace, you are open to receiving, and receiving can be in the form of having more clients, creating a thriving and successful business that gives back, and embodying generosity because your business fuels it.
