I've worked in the Corporate Leadership space as an HR Leader and Consultant for nearly 2 decades and I know that being a leader is tough. 3 个月Sophie Bretag I love, love, love this post. I love that you give not only reasons why self compassion can improve leadership, but you also provide the How to practice tips. My favourites are #1 Improved decision making by creating space to think more clearly. I have found this to be true. Under How to practice I love #3, breaks without guilt. As an artist when I make time to take myself on artist dates everything in my art, my business and my life flows more smoothly. When I get too ‘busy’ to do this is when things start to fall apart. Thanks very much for sharing your wisdom ??
