Addressing only the most visible symptoms of an issue in a company and the wider society usually just postpones the breakdown of the system, while being skilled and courageous enough to deal with the root causes can result in real healing and exponential growth. ?

Making a difference is important, and feeling that we matter is the foundation of that. Being ignored, dismissed and discounted are sure ways to push people to the point where they conclude that getting attention, even in the most destructive manner, is still better than the lack of belonging and appreciation.
