The ability to change is often confused with the desire to change. Life is about second chances but one has to be truly committed to the change. None of us are perfect.

As #humans, we make mistakes, some are trivial in nature, some a lot more significant. The idea of second chances is often associated with forgiveness and redemption. It acknowledges that #people can make mistakes and provides a #learning opportunity for them to learn those mistakes and make amends.

Second chances can be beneficial for both parties involved, as they offer a chance for reconciliation and growth in #business, #entrepreneurs, #sales, #relationships, #employees or #employers.

If a person is motivated enough to change, they can almost always make improvements in their #life. If he/she is willing to do the #work involved with change and persist even when it feels difficult and/or painful with commitment, then the change will come.

Also, when deciding or giving someone a second chance, keep focusing on why he/she deserves the second chance instead of the negatives.
