Good Morning!

Sometimes we don't work on something our coach, mentor or leader teall us to work on because the concept or action is so friggin simple we think to ourselves..."that can't be it, it's so obvious...It's so obviously that I would have done that already or I do that already". Maybe you think you have done it but because?it's so easy of a concept you're not taking it seriously enough?

So what is the super easy formula to doubling down on a particular action or goal that if implemented today you garunete will lead me to all the success of my hopes and dreams?

HARNESSING THE POWER OF THE RIGHT FOCUS!

Our number one job as realtors/sales people is Lead Gen. There is absolutely no more important task than that. You might say "no Andrew services our clients is the #1 most important thing" Well guess what? Without lead gen you have NO clients. You will never be able to help clients if you don't meet new people and set up appointments. Then how sad would that be? As amazing as a realtor you are, your services will never be experienced and valued because you never met them. Then that client has a terrible experience with Agent B and you could have prevented that by simply focusing on your appointment.?

When you make ONE THING a priority and genuinely focus on that one thing...Guess What!?!?!?! That ONE THING will be what you get. But you have to follow the steps below:

1. Why is this a must for me? Why is doubling my income important to me?

This is crucial because it's about defining your "why." Doubling or tripling your income isn't just about the numbers; it's about what those numbers represent for you. It's about achieving financial freedom, providing for your family, living the lifestyle you desire, or reaching your long-term goals. When you understand why it's essential to you personally, it becomes a driving force, motivating you to take action and overcome any obstacles in your path.

2. What do you need to start saying NO to? No leases? No distractions?

It's time to start saying "no" to anything that doesn't align with your goals or move you closer to doubling your appointments. This means saying no to leases that tie up your time without significant returns, and cutting out distractions that hinder your productivity. Every minute counts, so prioritize activities that directly contribute to your success.

3. What do you need to say yes to? Maybe bending what qualifies an appointment? It's better to be out and meet people than staying in!

Say "yes" to opportunities that have the potential to generate appointments, even if they don't fit your traditional criteria. Be open to bending the rules slightly if it means expanding your network and getting in front of more potential clients. Remember, it's better to be out meeting people and making connections than staying in your comfort zone.

4. Who did I talk to during covid, or when the rates went up that didn't make a move, that I can call?

Reflect on past interactions during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic or when interest rates rose. Reach out to those individuals who showed interest but didn't take action at the time. Circumstances may have changed, and they could be ready to make a move now. Rekindle those connections and see if you can turn them into appointments.

5. If it's not in your schedule it doesn't exist! Add your lead gen to your schedule and be flexible. If you are not getting results during the week, then add weekend lead gen.

Your schedule is your roadmap to success. If lead generation isn't a priority in your schedule, then it's as if it doesn't exist. Make sure to block out time specifically for lead generation activities and stick to it religiously. Be flexible enough to adjust your schedule if you're not seeing the desired results. If weekdays aren't cutting it, don't hesitate to add weekend lead generation sessions to maximize your opportunities.

6. What actions are you the best at? What are you super confident in and double down on that.

Identify your strengths and capitalize on them. Focus on activities where you excel and feel confident. Whether it's cold calling, networking events, social media outreach, or something else entirely, double down on what works best for you. By concentrating your efforts on your strengths, you'll maximize your effectiveness and ultimately double or even triple your appointments.

There is opportunity everywhere you and when you focus on your one action (getting appointments) the opportunities present themselves?everywhere. You will be amazed at how easy it is to spot them, you will start to see them everywhere!
