Building healthy working and business relationships determines the extent of business performance and the level of organizational success. The five relational elements to consider among many others include:
1.Connectivity: Employee performance, business performance, sales performance, product and service performance, client and customer buying performance directly correlate with the organization’s ability to build a winning relationship strategy with all stakeholders.
2.Stakeholder Engagement: The ability of an organization to build a strong, lasting, productive and successful business is a result of having engaged stakeholders. When organizations deliver on the vision and mission, stakeholders will trust the business brand and reward it with loyalty as a gift.
3.Business Culture: Business culture directly contributes to business performance and organizational success. Customer and client retention, employee retention, market share retention and expansion, business growth, productivity and sustainability hinge on the prevailing business culture.
4.Work Culture: Good employer/employee relationship creates a resourceful enabling mentoring/coaching environment that significantly contributes to personal and business performance. The willingness of a business leader to sacrifice time and energy to invest in the next generation of leaders is a result of established good working relationship. Personal and professional success hinge on the ability to increase in knowledge and skill, as well as the willingness to receive instruction for present and future success.
5.Brand Loyalty: The ability to attract stakeholders to a product or business and sustain this influence in the environment we are a part of, is the result of the cultivated and projected business or personal brand. The driver of stakeholders’ loyalty to a brand is sustained faith in the brand. Maintaining sustained faith in a brand positively correlates with business and/or professional growth, a result of the strength and influence of relationship.
Conclusion:
The role and fabric of relationship is the ability to promote corporate, business, professional and personal success. Continued success in the business world as well as the world of work is the result of the Power of Relationships.
