??????Hello guys, I hope you are doing well. Welcome to the third blog on how to be successful in corporate life. In this blog, we are going to discuss a tool that unlocks a treasure trove of knowledge. With the help of this tool, one may get information that will assist them in moving forward on the route to success. This is closely related to our ability to learn.
????Do you know who has the maximum ability to grasp or a great learning attitude? Who has an open mind to learn from each and everything they see? Babies... When a tiny kid sees or hears something new, he or she is constantly ready to learn. Do you know why? Because our system got it preinstalled by birth and that software is called "The Habit of Asking Questions." You see, children have always been curious about everything they see, hear, or feel. In childhood, we asked questions a lot. Despite knowing how silly the question was, Still, we were just curious and wanted to know a lot about a particular thing. We didn't know whether our question was silly or not. A child (4 years and older) asks 200–300 questions per day on average, and the number of questions decreases as he or she grows older.
????What do you think is the cause of all innovation? What is it that opens all the doors of research, the unlimited sea of knowledge? Of course, by questioning "Framing the right question gives us the direction towards a solution."?Thomas Edison was once asked by a journalist if you had succeeded in the 101st experiment. Don't you think you wasted a lot of time on 100 experiments? Smiling at this, Thomas Edison said that when I failed the experiment, I asked myself the right questions and made sure that I would not be wrong in the next experiment, and based on numerous right questions and perseverance, I was able to make bulbs today. This is the power of questioning. It gives us a sense of direction and purpose so that we can achieve more.?
So you might be thinking, how can we ask the right questions? Right?
So let's see the how.??
1. An analysis of our motives behind asking the question should be clear:?Firstly, we have to analyse the main motive behind our question and what we want.?

2. Try to be as specific and to-the-point as possible.
3. Ask the appropriate question to the appropriate person.?How can we get tomatoes if we ask for chillies? But it's correct. Sometimes we ask questions to the wrong person, and we are frustrated and just can't go with that idea. So the right questions should be asked of the right person.
4. Don't be shy about clearing your doubts.?We have seen that many of us just procrastinate questions because we feel shy that others might laugh at us if we ask a question in a meeting or class. Fear leads to incomplete knowledge and closes the door of research.?
5. Keep in mind that there is a solution to every problem. So don't hesitate to ask.?
6. Be a part of group discussions or debates. It also improves our questioning ability.
7. Listen to various podcasts to gain more knowledge and to learn the skill "How to ask questions".?You should also check the interviews of famous people. It gives us the right direction to gain more knowledge from another person. I would recommend the podcast of?"Ranveer Allahbadia, a famous YouTuber" (YouTube channel-BeerBiceps)?and the interviews of famous personalities like Shahrukh Khan, Narendra Modi, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and others.
8. Be curious always.?Shah Rukh Khan was asked during an interview, "What is your weakness?" Replying to that, he said that I have a lot of trouble when I am told something and I don't know anything about it. This answer shows the curiosity of Shah Rukh Khan as to how we should be eager to learn anything new.?
