Project managers are proactive in taking action. Successful project management involves a dynamic and proactive approach to address challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure the smooth progress of a project.
Respectful
Respect is a fundamental quality for an effective project manager. Promote open and honest communication. They encourage team members to express their ideas, concerns, and feedback without fear of judgment. Active listening is a key component of this respect.
Organized
Organizational skills are crucial for a project manager to ensure that projects are planned, executed, and completed efficiently. Key areas: Project planning, Task prioritization, Resource allocation, Managing documents and Risks
Jukebox of Motivation
A project manager who excels at motivation possesses certain qualities and employs specific strategies to keep the team engaged and productive.
Empowering
Focus on empowering the team. With an understanding of team dynamics, foster a collaborative environment, delegate responsibilities effectively, and encourage team members to take ownership of their tasks.
Creative
Project manager's creativity is demonstrated through the innovative response to an unexpected challenge.
Team Focused
A project manager being "team-focused" means that they prioritize and center their efforts around the well-being, collaboration, and success of the project team.
Mindful
A mindful project manager is someone who practices awareness, attentiveness, and thoughtful consideration in their approach to project management.
Approachable
being approachable means they create an environment where team members feel comfortable reaching out for communication, guidance, or to discuss concerns.
Numerical - Always analyze
Utilize data to inform decision-making. Leverage project management tools and analytics to gather insights, track progress, and make informed decisions that enhance project outcomes.
Adaptive
An adaptive project manager is someone who can adjust their approach, strategies, and plans in response to changing circumstances or project requirements.

As a little change PMP study group is moved from Tuesday to Friday. Start time will be the same, at 5PM UK.
Also, for PMP’s, i will run dedicated sessions for those who failed PMP 1st time.
So, this “PMP 2nd timers” session will be different than usual, it will focus more on question explanations.
