The Power of Process

This happens to most of us when our proposal is reaching the stage of acceptance and the client is happy about our #portfolio. Probably, at this stage, we try to build a rapport or impress the client furthermore. 'So, how does this work?' or 'How do we take this forward?', for the client may ask you, I and my team initially failed because we were just building the PROCESS. It is obvious that many of us would have failed in those early stages.

As days passed, we would have learnt that it is the process, that the client is trying to know. What would be the process we follow to understand our client's requirements and convert them into deliverables? It varies with companies, products and services. As an emerging company, we brought in a process to deliver any piece of content.

Of course, #Contentwriting or #Contentmarketing is a process oriented approach. Two years later, today, our team replied to the same question of how does this work with our process and they were impressed. Although, with the previous approach we won the client but it took some time. But, this time the process made #customeracquisition a cake walk.

We, at #Penthusiasts always remember this when it comes to #customerengagement. The PROCESS and approach we follow has been giving us good results so far.

P - Prepare your initial content or related report about the brand.

R - Research about the domain and competitors of the brand.

O - Omit irrelevant and negative information if any.

C - Compose your strategy ideas into an action plan.

E - Express your ideas and suggestions to add values to the brand.

S - Serve the clients with the necessary and result-oriented deal.

S - Succeed in winning them, also continue this to succeed in having an incredible #customercamaraderie.
