Throughout my extensive career in the telecoms sector, spanning over 16 years, I've consistently observed the transformative power of proactive management. Whether I was spearheading large-scale programmes at Cyient or navigating the complexities of turning around struggling contracts at MMB Networks, the capacity to anticipate challenges and prioritise tasks has been instrumental in achieving and surpassing objectives.
