The Power of Positive Change: Small Adjustments, Big Impact
Another week, another edition of the White Stone Leadership Brief. Get ready for a dose of motivation, inspiration, and practical advice.
As expected, here is a list of leadership thoughts I'm pondering, products/services I'm using daily, topics I'm studying, and sometimes (just for fun) what I'm currently listening to.
I hope you're doing well and that this content levels your leadership at home and in the office. If so, feel free to forward this to anyone who finds it helpful. If not, tell me what would be more helpful!
What I Am Thinking
In my recent conversation with Alex Pauls, we reflected on the tension between patience and divine timing. Alex shared how true faith is tested, not just in moments of joy but especially when you feel your back is against the wall. He reminded me that setbacks aren't roadblocks but lessons in trust.
If you're stuck, remember that sometimes the slowest paths lead to the most fulfilling destinations. Stay tuned for the short videos from this episode on Alex Pauls' show on my YouTube account (please subscribe! )
"Faith isn’t just tested in joy; it’s in those moments when time feels frozen, waiting for your prayer to be answered." ~ Alex Pauls
What I Am Studying
When you're measuring and making adjustments on the regular, you don't have to take breaks from life. A thought I had when reviewing notes from a recent book I read (Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell).
Are you regularly measuring how well your marriage, parenting, health, and business are going?
Furthermore, are you making regular, slight adjustments? For example, are you having a date night with the wife, playtime with the kids, an extra weekly workout, and strategic hiring/firing?
If you pay attention (measuring) and make adjustments (small ones) regularly, there are fewer opportunities for disaster recovery.
This is also meant to be encouraging. Think of more minor changes more often instead of big "I need to take 3 months off to reconnect with my family" type crises.

What I Am Yoked To
It's still coming off the high of a killer YOKED hot seats event last week. Twenty business owners converged to discuss innovative projects, team dynamics, and leadership challenges. The caliber of businessmen that we can gather is inspiring.
How are you gathering with other Christian founders to discuss topics, lift each other, and drive real change? If you are, I want to hear about it. If not, think about ways you can get that started.
I hope this edition is helpful to you. Please hit reply to let me know what you want more of (or less of). Do you have other suggestions? Please let me know.
Have a great week!
