Promote apps and flows made by makers in your company

We know that we have a lot of great apps and flows in our company, and we also know that not too many people know about all the great solutions out there.
?What can we do about that?
On our intranet we have a site where we describe Power Apps and Power Automate, as two of multiple automation and digitalization offerings, and how our users can utilize the Power Platform. ?
We have also made a canvas app available to all users in the company where we show information about selected Power Apps and Power Automate flows. The makers of apps/flows are given the possibility to contribute to this list of selected Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
?How is it done?
In the Center of Excellence (CoE) kit from Microsoft there is a “App catalog” app, built on the Dataverse tables in CoE kit. Since we haven’t given all our users per app/per user licenses we needed to find an alternative solution to the CoE app catalog.
We ended ut with one Power Automate flow to collect data from Dataverse and insert data into a Sharepoint Online list
Instead of giving the users the opportunity to view the data directly in Sharepoint - we created av canvas app (of course!) to view the data.
Homescreen with some basic info and a screenshot of each app/flow.
Detailscreen with som more details and the possibility to launch the app and/or send en email to the maker of the app/flow.
