Power Platform: Administration Task Planner
Managing the Power Platform can often be intimidating, leaving admins asking questions like:
“Where do I even start?”
“How often should I be performing these tasks?”
“How do I keep track of everything I need to do?”
To help you address these questions, the Microsoft Power CAT group has put together the Administration Task Planner for Power Platform: an application loaded with nearly 100 Power Platform-related administrative tasks that’ll help admins stay on top of managing the platform.
Here is an example task with its related columns:
These tasks can be customized, and admins are encouraged to add their own unique tasks into the tool as well.
The outputs of these tasks are showcased in a Power BI dashboard. Here are the different sections of the dashboard.
Effort – team, outsourcing, and automation
This section of the report looks at tasks and your team size to provide the amount of daily administrative effort required.?It also provides a view into the tasks you have outsourced and the tasks that you have automated.
