Positive thinking is a mental attitude that emphasizes focusing on the good in any situation. It involves maintaining a hopeful and optimistic mindset, expecting positive outcomes, and viewing challenges as opportunities for growth. Positive thinking encourages resilience, reduces stress, and can improve overall well-being by influencing one's perspective on life's events.
The Doom and Gloom Trap
It's easy to fall into the trap of negativity. We are constantly bombarded with news of injustice, cruelty, and misfortune.
