“Talking time to understand your internal audience, and the groups you want to define, is time well spent when it comes to doing personalisation properly.” ???? This is so, so important! It’s really easy to categorise employees in all sorts of ways - wired/non-wired, gen X, Y, customer-facing v non customer-facing, etc - but these ‘buckets’ rarely capture enough to drive personalisation. Taking time to do the research legwork and then develop proper behavioural personas is the key (worry not, there are plenty of free resources over on The EX Space) ????
