The Power of Pause: A Guide for Visionary Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs

"Do you remember a time when what you have now was something you dreamed of?"

As women who lead and create, we often find ourselves caught in a whirlwind of achieving and conquering our next big vision. But as I sit here, under the Turkish sun in my summer home, I want to share a powerful ritual I began in 2015, something that I've found to be as impactful as our ambitious pursuits – The Power of Pause.

This pause isn't an empty space, but a moment brimming with insights and a celebration of our journey so far.?

I experienced this when I realized that the life I was living was once a dream I yearned for. It's an intoxicating feeling of contentment that grounds you, making you value the present, the now.

So, every quarter, I consciously carve out time to pause, to reflect, to express gratitude, and to refocus my goals.?

This ritual brings me back to my core mission and values, keeping them as my compass in the dynamic journey of leadership and entrepreneurship.
