The Real Power of Passive Income

If you don't know what passive income is then you're probably too busy working fifty +++ hour weeks.

1. Income streams that come from sources that are received on a periodic basis, often with little effort to maintain. Passive income can include things such as rental income, royalties, dividends or pensions.

FACT: There's absolutely nothing wrong with hands-on hard work but there are other concepts you can work on to ensure your financial future is determined by factors which are ultimately out of your hands.

Each one of these concepts has the same fundamental goal. To generate passive income. 

Instead of trading time for money (job) … I learned a long time ago that one should always invest and dedicate a portion of their free time to work (think) on things that will over time generate a recurring monthly passive income. 

Robert Kiyosaki, an influential personal finance author, says

The goal is for our passive income to overtake our active earned income, so that we can safeguard our financial future and we have the freedom to choose how we work and the lifestyle we want to lead.

Sure, it's easier said than done but you need to start small. It could be as simple as locating personal items in your home or family relatives and selling them on Ebay, Kijiji and using that seed money to fund your next passive income project.

Here's a perfect example, it's simple but nothing comes easy in life.

The buying and selling stuff is one way of achieving this, but rental income from property, networking, stocks and shares, and creating a small business are other ways of achieving this.

Property is the path I chose for obvious reasons, which enabled me, aged 35 to be financially secure

For me, the reason I chose property investment is simple: my network is filled with people who specialize in property. Further, nearly every single person at the top of the list in wealth building, had either property as their primary or their secondary income generating strategy. In fact, I`d be stupid not having property as my number 1 income stream!

and help you learn to do the same (but younger where possible!).

At the centre of having passive income success is to stop wanting and start doing. To bring your custom passive income concept to fruition will take time, discipline and risk which 99% of people won't do. When you think about it, that's the beauty of the concept... if everyone practiced and mastered these concepts it would be very difficult to succeed.

Passive Income is about drive and common sense. Don't get me wrong it's not easy but it's really simple.

In order to secure your long term capital growth you need leverage and scale

Don`t get stuck in the bubble, you need to venture off the beaten track and learn how to leverage and scale.

– leverage and scale. Leverage and scaling the knowledge, time, experience, strategy, and skills of one of your mentors to help do it for with/for you. As a result of working with the right people to do the right job is the only way to amass substantial passive income (wealth)

When you constantly practice mediocre, substandard routines and behaviors you will... I think you know where i'm going with this.

Quit living the quiet life of desperation and remind yourself each day in your life on this planet that today is a test and when you go to bed you need to ask yourself the hard question, DID I PASS.

NYT Best-Selling author Grant Cardone once said, “Success is not something that happens to you, it’s something that happens because of you and the actions you take.”

Passive income concepts must be tried. tested, nurtured, and retested. Don`t give me that bullshit about your background, upbringing/social class/. Everyone has the ability and can learn to cultivate this skill with self discipline.

It requires deliberate and intentional ACTION, though. Like any skill, it’s grown over time. Those who put in the work, get the results.

So ask yourself this question is my toolbox well equipped to design rebuild my daily routine. If you want a different life, you need to do things differently.

In Conclusion: it's the passive income success concepts that has allowed me to support, help grow and sustain our team.

...And is still, to this day bringing daily positive growth even when i`m sleeping. That's what I like to call the evolution of the secret sauce

When I say team I consider my family, wife, sons, brother and my employees all VERY important members of my TEAM. Without them all this is impossible.

Today I realize the power of passive income in that it`s your insurance policy for the what if`s in life and in business. Knowing that even if we have 1 or 2 or even 3 years of negative growth in our operating company we will still survive and live to tell the tale. Nothing in life is ever guaranteed but knowing that you've properly prepared for a rainy day, that`s the important part
