The Power & Passion of Clear Aligners

Ten years into providing patients with clear aligners, I have more to be thankful for than simply a ton of experience and beautiful before and after photos. I have friendships, celebrations, connections, lessons learned and an understanding of people that I would have never had if I had not started down this journey.

Working in a Dental Office is a stressful occupation, many people are afraid of you, resist you and simply don't like you. There is a lot of history of fear and pain in the Dental industry, passed on through generations and rarely ever overcome. Thankfully the Dental world we live in today is highly oriented around patients experience and caters to their needs, fear and pain - more than most people would even realize. The people that work in the Dental field are truly heroes- most of them driven by a passion to change lives and help the people they care about be healthier overall.

Today the stress is paramount as we are faced with offices closing, dental teams still working on the front line and serving their patients and an underlying anxiety of not knowing what the future holds.

Today we live in a world where everything can change in a matter of days, lives lost, normal routines completely destroyed, with no known foreseeable end in sight.

So it is today that I want to do everything I can to serve and help my industry find a strategy, a plan, a hope and a way forward.

As a dental owner or even a patient, clear aligners might be the last thing on your mind. Because of my experience and knowledge of its power, it is the first thing on my mind to start shifting the energy when the dust starts to settle.

It is the one of the few procedures that brings joy, excitement, energy and progress from the patient into the office. It is a sign of personal growth and development and progress for the patient. It is a system that runs through each department, invoking joy and celebration to those involved. It is a powerful way the offices and owners can start to make back some of the revenue lost from closing their doors.

This is why I have brought my head together with another incredible coach and dental consultant, Holly from Lead Well Network to find a way to bring these teams and offices value and help. We have created a strategy to help offices come together, put a plan in place and rise up after this fall using clear aligners.
