1 年To move from power-over, to power-with, i suggest for a leader to even go a step further. Moving from "let's do this", -which is still contracting the other into something the leader wants-, to expressing what the leader has on their mind: "i like to go this route". Then shift focus and pick up on the emotions/non-verbal and verbal cues that were caused by the proposal, to power up the other ideas and use resistance as refining the proposal.
