Love this book. I even had the audiobook, narrated by the author. It helps put things in perspective, and quiet down that little voice that is always craving for attention and worrying about the future in unhealthy ways. Focusing on the present, the only thing that really exists (past is an imprecise recollection, future is an imperfect prediction).
