Good article, but perhaps reconsider your graphic of a group of men in suits. A critique of networking is that it gatekeeps and conserves existing power structures--networks are made up of "like" individuals, which limits access to opportunities to those who are unlike them. This graphic evokes the idea of an "old boys' network."
