The Power of N O

The Power of N O

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by all the obligations that you have? Parenting, community, job. We are all pulled and pushed in multiple ways. Have you dreamed of just putting everything away? The answer is to learn how to use two letters-and they just happen to be next to each other in the alphabet. N and O. Put them together. Say it. No. Breathe it out. No. If there's a request that doesn't respect you say, "No." If there's a request that doesn't bring value to you, say, "No." If there something that you simply do not want to do, say, "No." The power of NO is invigorating. Learn to use these two letters. When you use the letters NO, it makes when you use the other three letters, and they are Y E S, much more valuable.

Remember that life is a joke should you think about it, and it doesn't matter of what level are you in the society. Eating lavish foods and partying, but the end result, you still go to the bathroom and drop your excess, or a common blue collar worker works hard to feed his family and take a rest and also go the bathroom to drop just enough to clean himself to prepare for the next day. But it is better to be at the highest if you can because life is too short to waste. What ever path you choose make good use of it and be a good citizen. But what counts the most are that you have bunch of friends that are comedians and talk funny, so that you can invite them for a summer barbecue in your backyard share laughter moments and enjoy it up to your throats. According to the Journal of Science and Medicine that laughter more often once a day could extend your life 1 extra day. Should you been laughing for the last 20 years then just add another 20 years of you of what is your age right now, as age does not matter, because your soul always stays young, but only your body will slowly decay and aged should you don't take care of it. The best Medicine is to hang out with young people and think young as always, a finite and infinite.
