Yesterday, as we celebrated the eve of Independence Day in our apartment, a simple yet profound incident took place.

The morning began with a cultural event, complete with flag hoisting, dance, and songs.

The early hour meant that the crowd was a tad subdued.

But a single shout of "Cheer up!" from someone changed the atmosphere.

The crowd began to clap louder, singing along with the performers.

This small act of motivation transformed the performers' energy, and their performance level soared.

This got me thinking about the role of motivation in our lives and businesses.?
