Over the years, I've observed countless individuals striving to make their mark, and I've realized that two critical elements—aptitude and attitude—play fundamental roles in determining the trajectory of one's career.
However, attitude—the lens through which we view challenges, setbacks, and opportunities—often has the most significant and lasting impact on success.
Attitude in action
I used to have a friend who ran a small but growing company. Like many entrepreneurs, he was keenly aware of the importance of having the right people in his organization. He knew that having employees with the right skills (aptitude) was crucial, but he believed even more strongly in the power of a positive attitude.
