The Power of the Mind, Thoughts and Spoken Words.
Some years back, my mind and thoughts were easily influenced by people’s opinion which made me think that my thoughts were not good enough. Seeking approval limited my chances of exploring life and this led me to put on hold many ideas. Everything useful in life today was first thought about before action was taken to bring it to reality.
I have come to understand that I can go wherever my thought takes me and have become more conscious of my thoughts because I now know better that thoughts can change my perspective and response to life.
When people are thinking about the struggle, bad economy and so on, a progressive mind is thinking of how to take advantage of any situation.
For you to think healthy and progressively, two things are important to understand.
Thoughts process and Spoken words. These two must align.
1. Thoughts process:
The bible says in Matthew 12:34”. “For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. It is important to reject every negative thought in other to avoid the Devil speaking to you or through you.
Many of us may have had their breakthrough in life earlier if we followed up with our thoughts and ideas.
Thoughts are connected to believe system. We must therefore pay attention to what we think about and believe. Do you believe that your dreams are impossible to achieve? Do you think that your dreams are too big for you? Are you constantly thinking of impossibilities? The solution lies in believing in God of all possibilities.
For your life to change for good, your thoughts and your spoken words must be in agreement because everything one becomes in life first comes from the mind before the physical manifestation.
2. Spoken words are what you say with your mouth and this should align with your thought. When one says something positive while your heart is fearful and doubtful, then there is a controversy and the only way out is to have a positive mindset and tie it to action.
Words have energy and power to help, heal, hinder, hurt, harm and humiliate. It is therefore important to speak with Intention. Speak life.
I know a man who speaks his fear into others that want to rise and become better. When I noticed his fear to be adventurous in life. I began to disassociate myself from him. I do not need negative energy in my life. I want to dine and wine with great minds.
I also know a man that sees the best out of every thoughts and idea. He thinks about how to make a system that is not functional work.
He speaks with good intentions and set goals to help make them become a reality.
Speaking with good intention gave me a wife and made her say yes to my proposal. It made me overcome pains, it gave me hope to live. It has transformed my life in different ways. Most things that I have spoken about have come true and sometime I feel like a prophet. This is the power of spoken words.
There is a spirit that wants to perpetually keep us in one spot, fearlessness in our commitment, first with our thoughts and then in words and actions grants us permission to step into brilliance and take more risks.
