A mind is a powerful force. This mind can enslave us or can empower us. It can plunger into the depth of misery or it can take us to the height of excellence. The most relevant thing is to learn to use the power of mind wisely, by filling it with the right knowledge, the right path, the right skill and the right capability.
The mind is a window to body & soul; hence it is important that it receives proper nourishment. Actually, mental health determines how the body will function. We all know that stress increased blood pressure and even results in cardio problems too. It is very important for us to have resilience during a difficult time, especially on emotional health to convert any crisis into opportunity.
A combination of a healthy body and a healthy mind keeps the spirit to serve and be part of the community. A mind set of digital awareness with an overlay of innovation, together with the ability of not just to face the stresses of life but to appreciate some of the beauties of life makes a person joyful with a meaningful life.
God never gives any challenge which can’t be handled. The most intelligent human being uses less than 9% of the human mind. Most of us have far more capability than we ever think we possessed. To accomplish great things, we must believe, dream & plan in mind and then go to execute. The capacity of the human mind is untapped or unforeseen, hence it is very important for us to feel the capability of the mind and explore, discover the infinite & creative power of the mind to utilize it consciously, intentionally and purposefully to create consistent desired results. A positive mind brings brightness, energy, happiness, confidence, reduces stress & anxiety, improve health, motivate and bring closer to success.

4 年This is so true sir! Just like we can use our body to reduce psychological distress , same way we can use our mind to improve our body. Our mind can be our best asset or worst enemy . We just have to train our brain to help our body perform at its peak.
