Power metrics

The first step for anyone who wants to achieve and maintain special results in the energy area is to identify the metrics that must be established.

Two of them, which I have used for decades, are very "powerful", simple and easy to follow.

1) $/MWh

The financial cost (invoices paid) of all sources related to the associated energy volume

.2) MWh/activity

The volume of energy related to productive activity. It can be - for example - units produced for an industry or number of people in a commercial building.

And then, monitor them, month by month, to identify the success of programs aimed at improving them. And, above all, share results and analyses with your peers and superiors.
