Power of Meditation

Today, while meditating, I experienced a light coming towards me as the morning sun shone. At the bottom, there was a liquid-like substance resembling mercury, floating as if it were a river.
When I delve deep into my thoughts during meditation, I feel as though my soul is travelling—it's like a ball of yellow light sparking with energy. While sitting in my room, I felt as if my soul was journeying to the Holy place of Maa Vaishno Devi temple, situated at Trikutta Parvat in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir. Here, we have to trek 13 KM to reach the temple, and Mata is seated inside the holy cave. I find peace in this place; it feels as if my soul is being reformed from all my sins of this and previous births. That's the reason I visit this holy place every year. I felt that my soul had traversed the track and experienced a live darshan while sitting in my room. This is the #PowerofMeditation.
Then, I often envision a saint wearing yellow clothes sitting atop a mountain facing towards the sun. Lots of positive light emerges, and I am standing behind him while the wind is blowing. Many times, questions come into my mind: Is this my goal? And I am still searching for my answer.
Perhaps that's why famous saints used to say "There is no greater intoxication than devotion, and meditation is its first step to connecting with the eternal God". This is the #PowerofMeditation.
