Yesterday I had a meeting with a client and was also speaking at an event. On both occasions, the challenge of bringing people together again in the office and at work was discussed. Since the pandemic and lockdown many people have re-assessed their work life balance.?
But many leaders and business owners would love to have their teams back in the office at least once or twice a week. Of course it makes leaders feel more secure about having their teams visibly in the office. However, there are many other benefits:

2 年Lunch & Learn events have been around for a while Susan. I wonder if lunch & learn events that foster cooperation and team work across departments rather than within departments are more successful in the longer term?

2 年You're right, Susan. This is a hugely effective way of training staff. Not only does it have all the benefits you mention but this short session training can be a motivational way to get staff engaged and trying new skills.
