For many times we have been waking up and starting our daily activities without realizing that until recently life was not like that.

I am certainly referring to the countless tools we currently have and naturally we get used to using them without remembering the past, however, that past is recent, but it was it was enough to show us that something bigger moves us. The fact is that we no longer accept going back, living without a smartphone, WhatsApp, social media, various apps, connectivity, Netflix, Spotify and so on. This is directly linked to a wish. The desire to transform!

Transformation is directly linked to the need to solve problems. Professionals who strive to solve problems show the desire to transform through their created solutions. But what happened then that the transformations are taking place more and more quickly? The answer to that lies in the method.

It was researched, tested and launched as a global product in a record time never seen in human history, a result of perfecting the method of innovation.

It is fundamental to point out that in order to improve the method, a paradigm shift is necessary, that is, the human thought matrix cannot be more linear, but it needs to obey a new order of mental model. The legacy of management and organizational culture created by the post-war model no longer fits in the contemporary context. It's a question of changing to survive or living trapped inside a bubble.

The main element in the innovation process is the role of the person. There is no process of breaking a model without going through the creative and intellectual scrutiny of a human being. Observe how the issue of qualification and constant intellectual and emotional training are success and decisive factors for the cycle of transformation and construction of this new world.

It is necessary to wake up every day and be willing to say goodbye to our certainties, causing a break with established patterns and models.
