In many cases, they are seen as trivial or unremarkable.

In Avery Dennison Corporation vs. Controller of Patents and Designs, the Single Judge Bench of Prathiba M. Singh, J. reconfirmed that simplicity would not defeat the grant of patent. The key highlights of the decision are-?
