Attitude of Gratitude for what I already have in my life.
Gratitude is very powerful.
Being thankful for all the things I already have in my life.
Yes, I can hear you now, I don't have much in my life at the moment to be grateful for.
I'm...
? Broke...
? I'm not working in a job I love...
? I have no job...
? Single...
? No friends...
? Health problems..
Yes, sometimes life is tough and it may appear that we have nothing good going on in our life and nothing to be grateful for...
Some of us maybe doing better at the moment but still want more...
I need too...
? Buy another investment property...
? Increase my income...
? Buy another car...
? Travel more...
I think its necessary and wonderful to enjoy many of the material possessions in life we see around us to enjoy a fulfilling life...
So when is enough, enough?...
Understand this...
If we don't already appreciate what we already have in our life, it makes no sense to have more because that is just more not to appreciate. I has no value...
It doesn't make sense to me to want more when we don't already appreciate what we already have...
How do I accumulate more and be able to enjoy and appreciate it?...
Here's the deal...
Be grateful now for what you already have...
Start simple and build it out from there...
In some cases just been appreciative for what we already have will be enough and no need to keep wanting more...
It can also open the flood gates to have more in our life and really appreciate all of it...
Every morning I'm appreciative of three things and i will spend 5 min reflecting and been in a grateful state...
Today I'm grateful for...
? I had a bed to sleep in last night...
? I always have food to eat...
? I have the best career in the world...
Each day will be different, I will always find something in my life either something very small or larger to be grateful...
When I'm grateful for what I already have I can then appreciate all new things that enter my life.
Gratitude directs our mind towards whats positive and good in our life which in turn starts an upward spiral...
What are three things you can be grateful for right now?
