Here’s how to get started and what to write:
? Thank your body for its strength and abilities: Take a moment to reflect on all the amazing things your body can do, and express gratitude for its strength and capabilities. Write down specific things that you appreciate about your body.
? Express gratitude for your gym routine: Write down what you appreciate about your gym routine, such as the opportunity to clear your mind, the sense of accomplishment you feel after a workout, or the support you get from your coach.
? Acknowledge progress and improvements: It's important to recognize and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Take a moment to reflect on the progress you've made towards your fitness goals, and express gratitude for the improvements you've seen.
Embrace gratitude, start journaling, and watch as you become a better, stronger, and more resilient version of yourself.
