-Keep your eye on the prize! It's easy to get distracted by other priorities or things that seem more urgent (we all have those). If your goal is written down and posted somewhere visible, this makes it easier to stay focused. Thinking about what the alternative would be of NOT achieving your goal is often a big motivation too.

-Monitor frequently. You can take steps to reach you goal quickly through regular monitoring. Looking at the previous years and applying business intelligence will give a clear picture of where you should be heading to transform your pharmacy.
