This is a story of two teenage girls who have not even hit sweet 16, but are already sticking their neck out to help businesses, unique ideas, stellar innovators and hopeful start ups - something many adults have failed to do despite their positions and connections. This is the type of zesty spirit Working India and its Leaders reckon with. We advocate behaviors that allow path breaking opportunities and avenues. Surely a lot in the attitude of these 2 sisters that parents will be inspired by as well.

Meet Kaydence & Kianna

We all know the country is reeling in deficits caused by the nasty Covid19 snare. The Government urges ATMANIRBHARTA. Entrepreneurship has to be the National wave we have to tide to make local businesses happen. Until the dreamer and dare devil next door doesn't make it - our GDP is going nowhere. 

Vocal for Local was the PM advice for Indian businesses. 2 young girls still battling the dichotomy of teenage decided to take their many years of DIY experience to the next level. A level that helps the nation and the PM make his views possible. 

The sisters aged 14 and 15, Kianna Rodrigues & Kaydence Rodrigues developed a YouTube platform called Kreative Minds which hosts newbie entrepreneurs looking for funders, partners, B2B opportunities and adjacencies business alliances. The courage to go this far came from an experiment they began a while ago, which did rather well.

Last year this time, Kaydence and Kianna spearheaded KiaKay Brand of Fashions with their tie-up Three Piece Company to cater to those with a flair for global fashion trends. They have already conceptualized their fashion ideas and founded a base for the designers of KiaKay Fashion. In 2021, Kaydence and Kianna will be coming with their own unique fashion line of clothing, designed and conceptualized together.

Kreative Minds came about as part of their project for the Study Australia Video Competition Global Competition. Their experience with startups in Goa during the ‘3-Minute Video’ project, fueled an idea to interview young startups and showcase their on YouTube channel Kreative Minds. 

They have created a model to meet start ups in Goa which is their home town. Seeing how unique and meritorious some of these innovative products and services are they crafted the '2 minute Pitch Path' on Kreative Ideas so innovators can talk directly to an ocean of likeminded who are 'future keen'.

Kaydence is giving her 10th Board exams but was so enthused she did not want to leave this for later. "I knew when I met them that potential has fire but fire burns only for a while. Someone has to fuel it to keep it burning. We had to something for innovators in Goa. So I took time away from studies and books to meet people and get a studio ready, do the storyboard, shoot, edit - the works. We are not experts but it's a humble start and surely we will get better with time"

Following her sister has not been natural choice for the feisty Kianna but on this mission she agreed with her older sister. Someone has to do this. " People think kids should study and stick to just that but if we can study and do something meaningful why will should anyone judge us by our age or gender ? I wanted to pursue a line in the creatives so this was right up my alley. If our platform helps people like Sunaya Shirodkar who crafted a robotics design program to become a real time game form craft that educates and builds skills in young students - we are home in what we want to do"

Kreative Minds will be hosting innovators and entrepreneurs from Goa for a while before they move to hosting from other states of India. Let's welcome our teen G Power who dare to start young.

This sister duo are quite an inspiration for Women Entrepreneurs, Young dreamers, Start Up builders and our youth. Instead of putting our kids through reams of courses that bleed parents bank accounts, it will be wiser to let our children fly young, do things, attempt adventures and dabble with their own labs instead of learn 'HOW TO DREAM'.
