6 个月I'm a Boomer, so happy to compare with this analysis! Pros: Driven - yes, but only because I recognise my core laziness... experienced - mainly because of the years that passed. and value work-life balance - now regret the 30,000 hours spent commuting but appreciate the 20,000 hours saved since going remote in 2003! Cons: Can be micromanagers - no, never, I'm glad to say! Tips: Offer autonomy - yes yes yes provide feedback - yes, definitely and recognize their experience - I don't insist on that. Most technical experience becomes irrelevant so needs refreshing. The valuable experience is understanding people and business and how they are going to react in certain situations. All in all, Chella Pandian Pitchai a very nice summation. I do hate the 'boxing' of generations so beloved of journalists but this is a good piece..??????
