I’m a huge advocate for having fun at work! I firmly believe that a team that laughs together, grows stronger together. It all began with in-office Nerf gun wars and soon evolved into a quest to find over 500 tiny ducks hidden throughout the office. These seemingly silly acts have profoundly engaged our team and strengthened our bonds. We laugh together, rally in a heartbeat, and make time for fun, which has transformed how we connect with one another and our roles.

Injecting fun and laughter into workplace culture can significantly enhance team bonds, boost morale, and increase productivity. While the modern workplace often focuses on efficiency and results, integrating elements of fun and humor can create a more engaging and cohesive environment.
