The Power Experience | Step 2b | Build the Power Team
?
To jog your memory, The Power Team, is made up of a few people from multiple lines of business, a few people from IT with admin, security, governance and ALM background, and an executive - with budget aligned, at scale.
?
When we have these folks ready to transform the firm with AI, copilot, and low-code, we will set up enablement sessions (think app + automate in a day, admin in a day, and others). These onboarding sessions can be done with Microsoft resources or with our expert Partners like Microsoft Power Platform | Avanade who? was just voted System Integrator Partner of the year for the 18th time.

The Power Team will prepare the businesses for the sessions and ensure connectivity for the in a day sessions. They will also ensure we are ready for the hackathon, which will be scheduled shortly after the in a day sessions.
?
We can host the hackathon at one of our Microsoft Technology Centers, hybrid at your office, or fully remote.
?
Following the hackathon, The Power Team will ensure we are on track with governance - working closely with Microsoft and our Partner. We will stand up the appropriate admin required to support and scale the deployment. We will also work with additional lines of business, gaining their support to build and scale their divisions this low-code transformation.

The Power Team will play a big role in championing Power Platform which comes with added responsibility and extensive visibility.
