In late 2022, a client engaged an EOS Implementer to bring clarity and focus to their organization. Their initial Organizational Checkup? score was 40%, revealing significant room for improvement across all Six Key Components?. In April 2023, I was brought on as their Integrator to help implement and drive EOS? within the company.
