Now is the time to re-think our perceptions of work. It’s time to double down on employee experience, break out of what’s been done in the past, and create an environment where employees are supported and empowered and where they want to come to work.

We need to think differently about culture, technology, and physical space.

When you focus on employees, the profits will follow. Employees will become more engaged and productive and contribute to a culture that makes the world a better place.

That’s the power of employee experience and we need it now more than ever!

I agree with you, but we are going towards a radical change to conceive the workplaces. It depends on the particular working culture of a given company how the employee's experience is valued. Thanks for sharing!
