So many chocolates to choose from, amazingly well packed with your favorite flavors. Can you resist buying them all.

 Decision making is an art, an exceptional quality, to help you make the best choices.

Do you know, we make 35,000 decisions in a day? It sounds crazy, right?

 Life gives us many opportunities to decide, and over a period of time, we have built it into an art, balancing EI & IQ. Talking about it, the combination is quite rare and unique, because the person who has mastered it, has mastered life.

 We have all built hype around IQ, but is it the only thing, we as a leader are looking for?

We want our organizations to grow not only in terms of business but with people. People who have real emotions who want to be treated as humans and to be a great leader EI is one of the most important quality.

Emotional Intelligence is the key to building an organisation.

Goleman, Someone I read very often on Emotional Intelligence, has explained it through four simple traits: 

• Self Awareness & Regulation: Knowing what one feels, and the impact it has on others.
• Motivation: Utilizing emotions to achieve goals, to persevere in the face of obstacles.
• Empathy: Understanding the emotion of others, and building that into decision making.
• Social Skills: Building relationships, inspiring others, and inducing desired responses from others.

At the end it’s not about “THIS”(EI) or “THAT”(IQ) it’s always about the magic of both.
