?? The EFQM Framework: A Foundation for Excellence
? History
The EFQM Framework was established in 1988 by a group of prominent European businesses seeking to create a common benchmark for organizational excellence. The framework aims to help organizations achieve sustainable success by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
? Key Strategies and Standards
The EFQM Framework is built around nine criteria, divided into Enablers and Results. This division is rooted in the philosophy that excellent results with respect to performance, customers, people, and society are achieved through leadership driving strategy that is delivered through people, partnerships, resources, and processes. In essence, Enablers are the things an organization does, and Results are the outcomes it achieves.
