My Clinical Case: A Success with Patellar Tendinopathy
One of my most rewarding experiences with dry needling involved a patient who had been suffering from persistent knee pain for several months. The patient was diagnosed with patellar tendinopathy, which had significantly limited their mobility and sports activities.
In our sessions, I focused on dry needling the quadriceps and iliotibial band (ITB) to address the contributing muscle tension and dysfunction.
