My own journey as an experienced mass communication specialist (film maker- Owner Broadcast Media Product House), ACC Certified business coach, and Crown Director at Vestige. The career journey spanning 3 decades is a testament to the transformative power of dreams.

All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.

But beyond their entertainment value, dreams hold a deeper significance, offering a glimpse into the inner workings of our minds and a powerful tool for shaping our reality.

  1. Question the Validity: Ask yourself, "Is this belief genuinely true, or is it rooted in fear or past experiences?" More often than not, these beliefs fall apart when examined closely.
  2. Replace with Empowering Affirmations: Counter negative thoughts with positive affirmations. Replace the phrase- "I'm not good enough" with "I am capable and worthy of success."
  3. Find Evidence to the Contrary: Seek out examples of people who have achieved similar dreams despite facing challenges. Their stories can inspire you and dismantle your limiting beliefs.

Start each day by feeding your mind with positive affirmations. I firmly believe in the power of self-talk. What you tell yourself matters most.

Stand in front of a mirror and repeat consistently, the powerful affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind for success. Some of my personal favourites are: "I am a chmpion", "I am Healthy", "I am capable of achieving my dreams," "I attract success and abundance," and "I am grateful for all the good in my life."

2?? SMART Goals: Clarity Leads You to Success

Make sure to have clarity that your goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART).

Here are 3 examples of SMART goals

  1. Career Development ?? : "Increase my job-related skills by completing a certification course in project management within the next six months to qualify for a promotion."
  2. Health and Fitness ???♂?: "Lose 10 pounds in the next three months by exercising four times a week and following a balanced diet plan."
  3. Financial Goal ??: "Save $5,000 over the next year by setting aside $420 from my monthly income, reducing non-essential spending."

SMART goals help achieve dreams by providing a clear, structured plan. They make ambitions specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound, turning vague aspirations into actionable steps, increasing focus, motivation, and the likelihood of success.

3?? Visualization Techniques: Bringing Your Dreams to Life

Close your eyes and vividly imagine yourself achieving your dreams. Engage all your senses – see the smiles on your loved ones' faces, hear the applause, feel the satisfaction of accomplishment.

Feeling and emotions make it feel real, the greater its impact. Engaging your emotions makes the experience feel real, enhancing its effectiveness. The more vividly you can feel the emotions connected to your goals, the stronger the impact, increasing motivation and the likelihood of achieving your desired outcome.

4?? Creating a Vision Board: A Visual Reminder of Your Goals

Create a collage of images and words that represent your dreams. Place it somewhere you'll see it daily, serving as a constant reminder of what you're working towards.

5?? Surround Yourself with Supportive People: Building a Positive Ecosystem

Surround yourself with positive people who believe in your dreams. They would make all efforts to uplift you along your journey. The guiding support and encouragement can make all the difference.

6?? Take Consistent Action: Small Steps, Big Results

Divide your goals into smaller, manageable steps and take consistent action to achieve them. Even small steps, taken consistently, can lead to significant progress over time.

Leading by Example: Learning to Dream

My journey began in 1990, fresh out of high school with a dream of becoming a doctor. However, fate had other plans. After a brief stint in medical coaching, I realized my true calling lay elsewhere. Embracing this change, I pursued my graduation and delved into the world of computer graphics and animation. This marked the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey, leading to the establishment of a successful film making company in Delhi.

Despite achieving success in film making, I felt a yearning for something more. In 2018, I embarked on a new adventure with Vestige, India's No. 1 direct selling company. This experience opened my eyes to the power of dreams and visualization, concepts I had previously overlooked. Leveraging my mass communication skills and unwavering commitment, I quickly rose through the ranks, achieving Crown Director status and securing a substantial passive income stream.

The COVID-19 pandemic presented a unique opportunity to further expand my horizons. I pursued and obtained my ACC coaching certification, formalizing my passion for guiding and empowering others. Drawing upon my experience leading film crews and motivating team members, I now help individuals and organizations achieve their dreams through coaching and team-building initiatives.

My journey is a testament to the transformative power of believing in dreams, embracing change, and pursuing continuous growth. It's a journey that continues to evolve, fueled by a passion for learning and a desire to inspire others.
