??Michelle Kimbro?? delegation is a foundational element of growth plans. There are only so many hours in the day, so many skills that be our strengths and only so much energy we can squeeze out of each day. But deligation must be a well planned, well supported, well thought out process. It doesn't mean dumping something on someone elses desk and running away.
