What is the most worrisome moment in your life; the undecided, unsettled, disturbed times where you choose to be inactive. Almost all human beings have a common tragic flaw; it is his/ her inability to decide. When you are left with many options, you must choose. When you have many questions, you must answer. When you need to move on, you need to get on the right way, or at least the way you deem right. Whatever it is, your decisions are vital and the more you delay to decide, the worse your life will be.
Taking decision is not a quick thing, solely based on your guts. Of course, guts play a big role in your decision-ability. However, you should, for better outcomes, follow a step-by-step process to evolve your decisions.
1) Identify: What worries you
2) Write down: See it, read it
3) Write down, again: What you can do about it
4) Decide and
5) immediately start to act on your decision
All these five steps are vital. There are those blue moods where some uncertain worries haunt you, but for a shorter period of time. Except them, all your worries will have a reason and the first step to tackle them is to identify them. Writing it out establishes the reason into your conscious and subconscious minds and the mind, in turns, starts looking for solutions. The process culminates in a well-chalked out decision.
Decisions put end to worries. Action finishes them off. Decide, act.
